Meet Chef Diego Leon Amaya, the culinary heart behind Provenza Restaurant & Event Center. Originally from Colombia and a graduate of the Academy of Culinary Arts (ACA) at Atlantic Cape Community College (ACCC), Chef Diego brings a world of flavor to each dish. Honing his skills across Latin America, he has mastered the art of grilling and steak preparation in Brazil and Argentina, capturing the authentic essence of each region.

His expertise blends Latin American traditions with premium steakhouse techniques, delivering unforgettable dishes that celebrate both flavor and quality.
